Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Atlanta, GA)

Cedar Bridge Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Atlanta. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
