Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Atlanta, GA)

Clearpath Mill Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Atlanta plant, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
