Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Atlanta, GA)

Bluepeak Haven Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Atlanta, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
