Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Atlanta, GA)

Nova Oak Foods Partners produces packaged foods at its Atlanta plant. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for allergen controls and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
