Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Field Water Authority and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for pipe repairs and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
