Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Anchorage, AK)

Stonegate Ridge Auto Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
