Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Albuquerque, NM)

Rivermark Basin Facilities Partners looks after properties across the Albuquerque region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for cleaning schedules and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
