Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Albuquerque, NM)

Greenridge Union Foods is a Albuquerque food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for sanitation schedules and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
