Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Albuquerque, NM)

Northwind West Energy Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for service connections and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
