Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Albuquerque, NM)

Harborlight Rowan Facilities Partners cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Albuquerque. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
