Stonegate Loom Construction Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
