Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Forge Facilities and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
