Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Wichita, KS)

Silverline Harbor Energy is an energy provider in Wichita focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for outage response and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
