Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Wichita, KS)

Highbridge Wren Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Wichita region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for usage data and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
