Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Virginia Beach, VA)

Greenridge Fox Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Virginia Beach. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for vehicle inspections and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
