Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Tulsa, OK)

Greenridge River Water Authority Group is a public water utility serving the Tulsa area. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Track performance measures for water quality and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
