Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Tulsa, OK)

Stonegate Union Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Tulsa plant. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for ingredient orders and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
