Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Tulsa, OK)

Westbrook Ridge Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Tulsa, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for capital projects and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
