Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Tulsa, OK)

Highbridge Oak Facilities is a facilities company in Tulsa with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
