Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Silverline Ridge Auto Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 858 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
