Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Toledo, OH)

Redstone Ember Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Toledo. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for parts orders and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
