Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Field Construction and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Track performance measures for permits and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
