Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Tampa, FL)

Redstone Bridge Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Tampa, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 199 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
