Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Tampa, FL)

Foxglove Drift Facilities is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
