Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Redstone Quarry Environmental Services and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for fleet maintenance and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
