Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Drift Facilities and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
