Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Tampa, FL)

Harborlight Bright Water Authority Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for meter reading, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Track performance measures for meter reading and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
