Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Summit Clear Energy Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for meter readings and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
