Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Tampa, FL)

Rivermark Juniper Environmental Services is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 107 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with weigh tickets.
