Cedar Haven Auto Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for parts orders and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
