Operations Manager - safety and compliance (St. Louis, MO)

Summit Corner Auto Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
