Operations Manager - safety and compliance (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Lumen Stone Transit Planning and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for ridership counts and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
