Operations Manager - safety and compliance (St. Louis, MO)

Rivermark Linden Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the St. Louis region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 826 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for hardship programmes and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
