Operations Manager - safety and compliance (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Summit Beacon Water Authority and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for capital projects and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
