Operations Manager - safety and compliance (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Lumen Pike Auto Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
