Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Spokane, WA)

Harborlight Loom Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Spokane region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for safety records and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
