Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Spokane, WA)

Bright Keystone Inspection Services is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 135 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
