Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Ridge Auto Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
