Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Savannah, GA)

Greenridge Maple Water Authority Associates operates treatment plants and pipelines around Savannah, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Track performance measures for capital projects and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
