Operations Manager - safety and compliance (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Quill Facilities and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
