Operations Manager - safety and compliance (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Ivory Energy and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for service connections and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
