Redstone Cedar Facilities is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
