Operations Manager - safety and compliance (San Diego, CA)

Rivermark West Energy is an energy provider in San Diego focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for outage response and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
