Operations Manager - safety and compliance (San Antonio, TX)

Clearpath Hollow Transit Planning is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
