Operations Manager - safety and compliance (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Kestrel Auto Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be safety and compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
