Operations Manager - safety and compliance (San Antonio, TX)

Foxglove Bright Construction is a San Antonio contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for project schedules and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
