Operations Manager - safety and compliance (San Antonio, TX)

Nova Union Inspection Services Partners tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around San Antonio. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
