Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Salt Lake City, UT)

Amberfield Fox Auto Group is a Salt Lake City company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our safety and compliance. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
