Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Salt Lake City, UT)

Clearpath Keystone Environmental Services Partners serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Salt Lake City. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on safety and compliance. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for recycling loads and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
