Operations Manager - safety and compliance (Salt Lake City, UT)

Clearpath West Energy Partners is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on safety and compliance for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for outage response and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
